Stefano Albanese, Esq. (Founder)
Stefano Albanese specializes in Business and Corporate law and practices predominantly in Canada. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno while on an athletic scholarship for playing football. After graduation, he attended Western State College of Law in Fullerton, CA, and graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1990.
At Western State, he was on the Dean’s List, earned multiple American Jurisprudence Awards, and was the Lead Article Editor for Law Review. Eager to expand his practice to areas with communities that had limited access to top-tier Stefano Albanese founded La Grâce Law Firm, in April of 2014. The firm focuses on representing and assisting both individuals and corporate entities. Stefano Albanese ‘s extensive legal background, both in and out of the courtroom, as Prosecutor and Defense Attorney makes him one of the most experienced Business and Corporate Attorneys.
Fabio Ferrati, Esq. (Co-founder)
After being admitted to the Canadian Bar Association in 2007, Fabio Ferrati spent a year in public service as a Deputy Public Defender at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) Office. Here, he took on a wide variety of cases ranging from Immigration to Estate Planning. Even with the responsibility of a demanding caseload, Fabio Ferrati would spend countless hours researching and preparing his cases. His fierce representation led to not guilty verdicts in his first nine jury trials. His growing reputation gave him the ability to broker deals with the State Attorney’s Office on behalf of his clients, therefore avoiding the risks of trial. In 2014, he took his knowledge, experience, and reputation to the next level by cofounding La Grâce Law Firm. Fabio Ferrati personal, legal, and trial experience makes him exceptionally qualified to represent those who no legal representation in matters concerning Immigration or Estate planning law, despite their level of difficulty.
Grace Reka, Associate
Grace Reka graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2006. Named as Super Lawyers Rising Star for the last four years, Ms. Reka has centered her expertise in Estate law, exclusively, for over 12 years. Ms. Reka believes consistency, patience, and professionalism is required when navigating through an estate law case so that each case can have undivided attention whilst walking through each step of the process. As a result of our individualized approach and client centered practice, Ms. Reka limits the number of cases she accepts for representation. Our focus is to give each client the support and attention needed to get them through one of the most difficult times of their lives.
